CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Richard K. Ladroga, P.E.
Richard K. Ladroga, PE is the Chief Executive Officer at AI Advanced Electrical Systems. Richard is a licensed Professional Electrical Power Engineer with over 35 years of experience in the industry. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE; Member of the IEEE Power Engineering Society; IEEE Transformers Committee; IEEE Standards Association; Board Certified Diplomat of the National Academy of Forensic Engineers; and Member of the National Society of Professional Engineers. He is the Past Chairman of ANSI/IEEE Working Groups C57.104; C57.106; C57.139; Past Chairman of the Insulating Fluids Subcommittee; and has been actively involved in numerous additional ANSI/IEEE Working Groups and Standards. Richard served in various leadership roles throughout his career, including a 10-year period at Doble Engineering where he served as Vice President of Global Strategic Development. Richard earned his Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering (Concentration in Power Systems) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1991 and earned his certification in Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2021.

Peter O. Longo
Vice President and Director, Advanced Electrical Systems USA with AI Advanced Electrical Systems USA. Peter has over 38 years of experience in the power industry including 25 years in the nuclear power. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE; Member of the IEEE Power Engineering Society; a member of IAEI, NFPA and ASME. Peter served as Director of Advanced Electrical Testing at RMS Energy and Charles Taylor Engineering Technical Services where he provided expert testing & analysis in EMSA diagnostic technology for all industries. Peters engineering background also includes, Principal Engineer at Doble
Engineering Company, Operations Supervisor at Vermont Yankee Entergy nuclear, AOV Coordinator at Vermont Yankee Entergy Nuclear, Component Engineer at Vermont Yankee Entergy Nuclear, Controls/ Component Engineer at Onsite Engineering/RCM Technologies and Electrical Engineer at Advanced Remediation Technologies. Peter has a BSEET from Northeastern University in 1987 and holds his EIT certificate from the state of Massachusetts.

Chief Technology Officer
David E. Erisman
In addition to being a founding member of AI Advanced Electrical Systems USA, David is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Erisys LLC, providing advanced RF monitoring and analysis systems to the US Military and Defense Contractors. David has over 40 years experience in the field of RF communications and radar systems. Prior to founding Erisys, David was a Senior Engineer at Lockheed Martin working on the Landsat and Milstar satellite programs and the Navy Aegis phased array radar program. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and holds numerous patents in RF electronics and communications. He founded X-COM Systems when high speed internet technologies were first being developed. He went on to patent and license VDSL Communication technology to Bell Atlantic, Motorola, and Samsung. He later led efforts at X-Com Systems that developed and patented fiber optic protocols used in Aegis radar test systems by the US Navy. Later after selling X-Com Systems to Bird Technologies in 2010, David holds a BSEE degree from the University of Central Missouri and has been awarded six US Patents with one additional Patent Pending.

Vice President of Technical Sales & Services, Latin America & Caribbean
José M. Vallejo, P.E.
Is a Consulting Senior Business Development Manager to AI Advanced Electrical Systems USA focused on Power & Energy Technical Services. In 1974, he joined Union Carbide Corporation where he held a variety of positions such as Senior Maintenance Engineer, Senior Production Engineer, Advanced Project Engineer and Department Head. In 1997, he joined Coastal Power Corporation as Director of Operations for Central America, the Caribbean, and North America where he was responsible for the operation of the power plants owned by the corporation in the regions. Coastal Power was merged with El Paso Corporation where he continued his power plant operational responsibilities in the Caribbean and Central America in the Caribbean, as well as Central and South America. He joined Charles Taylor Engineering Technical Services from 2019-2020 and consulted for RMS Energy from 2021-2022. He is an active member in the IEEE Industry Applications Society and an IEEE Senior Member. Jose Vallejo is also a r etired United States Army Brigadier General, serving 33 years. He received his BSEE in 1974 and MEE in 1980 from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, Puerto Rico.

Vice President of Technical Sales and Services
Edward J. Nahm
Edward J. Nahm currently serves as Vice President of Technical Sales and Services at AI Advanced Electrical Systems USA. Edward has over 40 years of engineering sales and field services experience in the aluminum, steel, power, oil, and gas industries. Prior to joining AI AES USA, Ed served as the Regional Sales Manager for RMS Energy Eastern Division. Ed also served as the Vice President of East Coast Operations at Electric Power Systems; General Manager of OCMET Inc.; Engineering Sales Manager for Bricmont & Associates; Senior Sales Manager for ABB Service. Edward attended the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in Business Administration.

CONSULTANT
James E. Timperley, P.E.
Is a Senior Project Consultant to AI Advanced Electrical Systems USA, EMSA Technical Services. He began working in the utility industry with American Electric Power. He was involved with station engineering the R&D laboratory and rotating machinery. He retired from AEP after 38 years of service, joined Doble Engineering in 2007 and retired after 12 years of service, then joined Charles Taylor Engineering Technical Services from 2019-2020 and consulted for RMS Energy from 2021-2022. Mr. Timperley is an IEEE Fellow andwas presented the 2006 Dakin Award by the IEEE Dielectric & Insulation Society for the development of EMSA Diagnostics. Jim earned his Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering, Oklahoma State University in 1968.

Cheryl Mullen
Cheryl Mullen is the Executive Assistant for AI Advanced Electrical Systems USA. Cheryl’s background includes 12 years of professional management experience in Group Sales and Operations for Hilton Hotels and Tradewinds Island Grand Resorts. Cheryl has also served for 16 years as the President of Sunshine Meetings & Events, Inc. Cheryl has managed a multitude of corporate events ranging from executive meetings, training events, exhibit shows, conferences, and offsite incentive gatherings. Her partnerships include managing numerous technical meetings, electrical power systems engineering groups, transformer manufacturing facilities, and OSHA testing requirements. Cheryl has been a member of the International Foundation of Women in Tourism Organization, Program Chairman/Board of Directors for Women in Tourism, the International Airlines Travel Agent Network, the Hospitality and Sales Marketing Association, and is a Certified Sandals Specialist.
