The Deep Blue RF Monitoring System™ by AI Advanced Electrical Systems USA (AI AES USA) is a highly complex, Artificial Intelligence-based, advanced diagnostic online monitoring system. The Deep Blue RF Monitoring System™ monitors your critical electrical assets around the clock giving you online, real-time condition assessment of your asset’s health under actual operating conditions. Streaming data is captured by our own advanced high-speed hardware and is analyzed by our proprietary software and is sent to the cloud.
The data is parsed and processed using an artificial intelligence engine created specifically for the Deep Blue RF Monitoring System™. All data values are evaluated, and any questionable data is flagged by the system for analysis by our highly qualified Subject Matter Experts (SME’s).
This AI-based advanced monitoring system is designed to identify and trend anomalies, incipient faults, or previously developed faults before they become catastrophic. The Deep Blue RF Monitoring System™ performs a comparative data analysis against our library of findings utilizing complex ElectroMagnetic Signature Analysis techniques. The Deep Blue RF Monitoring System™ goes far beyond any other online or offline electrical testing technology available on the market today.

The Deep Blue RF Monitoring System™ monitors for any combination of the following types of faults:

The presence of these types of faults in a machine can present themselves in the form of heat, light, sound, chemical change, and radio frequencies. MONITORING AGREEMENTS
The Deep Blue RF Monitoring System™ offers three monitor package options that include one (1) year, three (3) year, or five (5) year agreement.
Our proposals and monitoring packages are tailored to meet your company’s specific needs.
INSTALLATION OVERVIEW

AI AES USA engineer performs a baseline EMSA test and assesses the location for installation requirements to be coordinated with the client.

Installation requirements vary from location to location, and no outages are required to install except for special circumstances.

Depending on the location, a control panel and small weatherproof enclosures may be required.

Conduit material and runs are provided by and performed by the client.
-
Data cable runs are performed by the client; the data cables are provided by AI AES USA.

Dedicated independent internet access is required and supplied by the client. This eliminates any communication with the plant IT and DCS systems.

Dedicated 120V power is provided by the client for the Deep Blue RF Monitoring System™.

AI AES Engineer may assist the client during the install and will commission the system upon completion if installed.
